We work hard to meet the needs of our customers. Production time can vary with the quantity of your order. Under normal circumstances for average size orders, production takes 1-2 weeks and shipping adds an additional week, so your order should be in your hands in 2-3 weeks. When your order is placed we can discuss approximate production and shipping time but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Due to the nature of international production and shipping some delays are beyond our control. We do not accept return of lanyards or discount the order due to delays in shipping. We do not anticipate any problems and will continue to do our very best to deliver our goods on time!
Our orders are shipped by FedEx. Once they leave our factory, we can provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress on the shipper's website. Delivery time varies based on the size of the order, but generally orders are shipped out in two weeks and the shipping time is usually less than one week, depending upon location. There are no guarantees that your order will arrive within this time frame. Our lanyards are shipped internationally and occasionally they can be checked at customs which might add a day or two to the delivery process. Directlanyards is not responsible for any delay due to any customs or taxes and those charges are the responsibility of the customer. A signature will be required on the package when delivered, so please make certain someone will be available at the time of delivery. Any refused shipments will be billed the full amount of the original order, including shipping charges, due to the customized nature of our product.
Directlanyards does not allow customers to enter their credit cards on-line for security reasons. We follow up every on-line order with a personal phone call. This way there is no recording of your personal information on any of our data bases. We feel this provides our customers with an enhanced sense of security. Our customers are our lifeline! You can rest assured that we would never sell or trade your name, or personal information to any individual or company at any time.
We will not produce any product with messages that contain any copyrighted, trademarked or patented materials. Individuals may provide us with authorized documentation and written approval for use of such items. Directlanyards will not be held liable for any copyright, trademark or patent violations of protected works if a customer orders a lanyard without authorized documentation. The customer assumes all liability for violations due to protected messages.
We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Government Purchase Orders, money order, checks and wire transfers. Any mailed orders with checks or money orders should include the Directlanyard invoice number.
For a government purchase order, our terms are Net 30 days. You will be billed when your lanyards ship to you. All other orders must be paid in advance by one of the approved payment methods. Items purchased by purchase order, money order, check, credit card and wire transfer will be processed when we have received this method of payment and have verified it.
In the event payment is not received within thirty (30) days on a purchase order shipment, Directlanyards will charge interest on the outstanding balance of 18% per annum or the maximum amount allowed by law. Directlanyards shall also be entitled to commence collection proceedings on any amount outstanding after thirty (30) days and purchaser, by accepting the goods purchased consents to personal jurisdiction to the Federal District and State District Courts of Florida. If we have a customer who fails to make payment for an order, a customer who reverses payment on an order already received, or a customer we feel is making an attempt to defraud us, we reserve the right to provide information to credit agencies and other collections services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to not produce phrases on lanyards that we feel are offensive in any manner.
When payment is complete and verified, your order is placed and production begins. Orders should be checked very carefully for accuracy as orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed.
Quality is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order due to an error made by our company, you must return a few items for examination. We do not accept returns due to the customized nature of our product unless there was an error made by our company. We encourage customers to verify all orders prior to making the final order. If our company makes a mistake on the product and provides you with a product other than what you ordered, we will be happy to discuss your order and find a solution that is acceptable to you, whether it is a reorder or a discount on usable items. We make no guarantee as to the suitability of a product for a particular use. Customized products refused by the customer will be billed and charged the full amount.
LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER
We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. While we test all products, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will agree with everyone. Our products are not toys and should not be used with children under the age of four. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
